Good Morning Skinny Food!

Okay anyone up for a Life Style Change??  What about a 90 day Challenge?? 


First of all I love Breakfast!  I hardly ever eat a full one that includes more than coffee and Shake but when I do I love it!  

I am thinking Sat morning pancakes have changed forever with this recipe!

Make Sure if you are doing a Life Style Change you are going to use Whole Wheat flour instead of White!   Here are some more snacks that include the incredible PROFIT!!  Protein Filled Mornings = less sugar cravings through out the day!
